Update: First, let me say that none of the affiliate links are working any longer. Amazon was too hard to work with. So, I don’t make any $$$$ on these products. Maybe I will get motivated and try it again…but, to be honest.. UG!!! I probably won’t bother. I just kept these links because I thought they were great products and Amazon is easy to order from 😀
Also, I have fixed all of the broken links. I plan to go through my posts and add links to any products that seem to be of good quality. I have decided that it will be much simpler to create a “stuff to get” page rather than trying to keep all of my links to various products active and unbroken. I will try to keep everything as organized as possible but, if you have any suggestions please feel free to let me know. Also, if you have suggestions, find broken links or better prices send me a note because I am trying to make this a good resource for myself and anyone else who might be interested. I am going to try to organize each area by topic. I am not a doctor and I might make a buck or two by referring you to these items. With that being said, I will try to only put up stuff that I believe in. See my disclaimer for more information ~ Thanks, Ed
Integrative Therapeutics Bio-Zyme Tablets
Here’s what is says on the label – Helps break down fats, carbohydrates and proteins with 10x’s the strength*
How I’m Using it: On an empty stomach I am taking 2 before breakfast and again 1 hour before bed. I’ve read you should take 3 tablets at each phase but, I’m starting slowly. Sandi Rog has some good information on this as well. Read It Here.
Why I’m Using It: My understanding is that B17 works most effectively when combined with pancreatic enzymes. Here’s a quote you might like:
When Dr. Manner used Laetrile in his medical research, along with vitamin A and digestive enzymes, he discovered the production of antibodies was stimulated against spontaneous breast tumors in his laboratory mice. He studied the results of complete regression in 76 percent of the treated mice with mammary gland cancers. Read More Here
You can read an entire post regarding enzymes and b17 Here
So this is the best pancreatic enzymes that I could find and you can Get It Here
Let me know how it goes.
B17, Laetrile or Amigdalin is the name of a substance that naturally occurs in nature and has been used as an alternative method to treat cancer. It has been made “famous” from G. Edward Griffin’s book “World Without Cancer“. Previously, I had linked to Amazon to make purchasing easier but they no longer carry it so I have now linked to TJ Supply. It is the same as far as I can tell. I will be posting on this soon.
How I’m Using It: 3 Tablets in the morning and 3 tablets in the evening. I recently stopped using B17 because it is either not working for me or I am doing something wrong.
Why I’m Using It: I am taking B17 daily but, to be honest, I am not sure that it is working. As I shared once before, I don’t have the money to see a anyone but a standard oncologist that is covered by my insurance and so….I may not be taking everything needed to make this work. I am learning every day but, I do think it works. Maybe I need to find the right combination. Here’s a quote you might think is helpful.
Laetrile (i.e. amygdalin or Vitamin B17) therapy is one of the most popular and best known alternative cancer treatments. It is very simple to use and is very effective if used in high enough doses and if the product is of high quality and if it is combined with an effective cancer diet and key supplements (in other words, you need to do your homework to maximize its benefits).
Laetrile works by targeting and killing cancer cells and building the immune system to fend off future outbreaks of cancer. It uses two different methods for killing cancer cells. It involves a strict diet (as do all cancer treatments) and several supplements. Read More Here

The picture and the link go directly to Amazon for ease of ordering but I will link to other sources for your reference. I’m sorry that it took so long to put this in the “Stuff To Get” page but it was an oversight on my part.
Product Description – DCA Sodium Dichloroacetate
Each bottle contains 90 capsules of the following ingredients…
Alpha Lipoic Acid……………………………………….125 mg
If you are unfamiliar with DCA then take a moment to read a recent post that I wrote about it here. It seems to be a metabolic drug that causes cancer cells to die via apoptosis. I have not reviewed or read any reviews worth quoting regarding this particular brand of DCA so I will include other links. My only thought is that it seems to becoming from a reputable place when ordering from Amazon.
How I’m Using It: I am not currently taking DCA although I plan to do so. I need to do more research on the protocol, see if I can get my oncologist or primary care doctor to write a prescription for me. That would mean that my insurance might pay. There is also the matter of dosing. I will keep you posted.
Why I’m Using It: Well, as I noted, I am not using it now but I plan to because it seems to work on various forms of cancer and is something that I can buy over the counter. Also, everything else seems to have failed. So, after studying DCA a bit more I have decided to try this.
So, oatmeal isn’t really a “cancer fighter” but it’s such a healthy meal that I consider it a great way to increase your overall health and it deserves a spot on this page. The best offense is a good defense, right?
How I’m Using It: I wrote a short post about how to prepare this delicious oatmeal. Read More
Why I’m Using It: I am trying to reduce the amount of animal protein that I consume in my diet so I am eating less eggs, cheese, dairy products and the like in an effort to slow the spread of my cancer. Also, I have been trying to eat healthy so nothing like frozen waffles, sugar bits 🙂 or anything like that. This is just one of the healthy breakfast choices I have been eating to change my lifestyle. You can see more recipes here.
Hardware (Blenders, Juicers etc.)
I love champion juicers. Previously, I had a Juiceman Juicer. It was a beast! It tore through fruit like it was soft and juicy….oh yeah, it was. 🙂 Any how, I loved my Juiceman Juicer but it died of old age and it was loud. So, I started my quest for a new juicer. I decided to up my game a bit with something that was a bit more heavy duty, a bit quieter and something with attachments. I decided on a Champion juicer and I love it. Here’s a link to Champion Juicers. I like Champion juicers because of the warrantee, the quality of the engine and the body. If you’re interested in comparing here’s a list of other juicers.
So, for my larger juicing efforts, I always use my Champion Juicer but if I’m juicing a couple of oranges, or even a single lemon, which I do quite a bit then I love this little guy. No need to lug out a huge appliance to juice one lemon. 😀 I like lemon juice in my water. It’s pretty handy and got great reviews. Black & Decker CJ630 32-Ounce Electric Citrus Juicer, White
This thing is so cool. We first saw it on YouTube and so we got it…and we love it. It sticks to a table or a counter top with the suction cup that you see on the bottom. You stick the apple on a small fork on the spinning shaft….right in the middle. Then you turn the handle. That’s it! You can choose to either peel or peel and core the apple. It’s so fast and easy it makes things like apple pie, apple butter and baked apples much easier. The official name is (not handy dandy apple thingy) … Back To Basics Apple And Potato Peeler (We haven’t tried it with potatoes yet.)
OK, I honestly love this thing. I use it to make soups, smoothies and almost anything liquid that our stand up blender used to blend. What I like most about it is that it is much easier to clean and has a few attachments. Honestly, I don’t really use the attachments. I am mostly focused on soups and smoothies and things like that. I guess you would call them quick blended things. Well, anyhow…it’s the Cuisinart CSB-79 Smart Stick 2-Speed 200-watt Immersion wired Hand Blender with Attachments and I really like it.
This is the food processor we use. When we combine the immersion blender with the food processor we found that we eliminated the need for a blender. It has a bunch of blades that you can add on which we also got. It’s one of those things that slices, and dices and chops!!! 😀 Any how, it called the Cuisinart DLC-2011CHB Prep 11 Plus 11-Cup Food Processor, Brushed Stainless.
